Saiki es la contraparte de Orochi, ambos son seres divinos y son conocidos como “La Voluntad de Gaia” pero sus poderes no son los mismos, Orochi tiene el poder de distorsionar el espacio, y Saiki tiene el poder de distorsionar el tiempo.

Hace mucho tiempo existió un grupo muy poderoso de Europa llamado "Harukeshi Ka no Chi yori Izuru Monotachi" (También conocidos como "Those from the Past", "Los de la Tierra Distante" o "Aquellos del Pasado") eran dirigidos por Saiki. Saiki is the counterpart of Orochi, both are divine beings and are known as "The Will of Gaia" but their powers are not the same, Orochi has the power to distort space and Saiki has the power to distort time.

Long ago there was a very powerful group in Europe called "Ka Harukeshi not Monotachi Izuru Chi yori" (also known as "Those from the Past "," Los de la Tierra Distante"or "Aquellos del Pasado") were led by Saiki. They declared war on human beings but in the end they lost and were exterminated by the ancestors of Elisabeth. Now in this era Saiki want to use the Gate of Time to rewrite history and do not lose the war, but if the Time Gate is closed before the crossover Saiki would create a paradox in time and would make the existence of Saiki disappear, so to ensure that the Gate of Time remains open needed the power of three sacred treasures. Two of them were stolen by Ash, who kept secret their true mission.

Saiki is a direct ancestor of Ash Crimson.
